We will have you complete a survey of your habits and activities in order for your therapist to assess your overall wellness and provide advice to improve your general health and wellbeing.
Fitness maintenance is a fitness protocol that is designed for clients that have completed their physiotherapy program and would like to go further to achieve specific fitness goals. It is also for clients who do not need physiotherapy services but require expert guidance to achieve their fitness goals. These patients may have other underlying health issues like arthritis, hypertension, diabetes and any other chronic musculoskeletal or neurological issue that requires a professional eye.
Clients are out through a comprehensive assessment and fill questionnaires in order to guide the therapist to design an appriopriate fitness program, and to set goals and targets that will be met in a specific time period.Book an appointment
